As the go to, front line staff member the Parts & Chandlery Specialist has a great impact on our relationship with our customer base. They are a main contact for existing customers and for potential new customers coming through our store and office.  The ideal addition to our team must be customer oriented and possess strong interpersonal skills.  This is a full time, year round position.  Weekend work will be required.

This position has the following responsibilities:

Chandlery:
•    Provide excellent Customer Service
•    Assist customers in marina store with product
•    Chandlery Sales (POS) 
•    Marine electronics sales

Parts Dept.:
•    Source parts for technicians and marina customers
•    Receiving parts into inventory 
•    Assign parts to work orders or customer pick up
•    Return parts to vendors as required
•    Receive and initiate parts transfers 
•    Review and maintain purchase orders, inventory levels, bin locations

General:
•    Respond to product inquiries via telephone and email
•    Stocking shelves, inventory, cleaning of product, setting up displays, etc.
•    Regular office duties 

Job Requirements:
•    Valid driver’s license
•    Excellent computer skills
•    Friendly & professional telephone manner
•    Sales experience – thrives in a social retail environment
