Day 2 Breakout Session
In boating, a showroom isn’t just a place to showcase products - it’s where dreams take shape and relationships begin. Showroomship is the art of transforming every visit into a meaningful experience that inspires confidence, sparks passion, and builds trust.
Today’s customers aren’t just buying specs, features, or price tags. They’re chasing a feeling - the freedom of the open water, the laughter of family summers, and the promise of unforgettable memories. True showroomship means guiding them on that journey before they ever leave the floor.
In this dynamic, story-driven session, Dustin James reveals how to bring your showroom to life with authenticity, energy, and engagement. Discover how to connect beyond the transaction - whether through one-on-one walkthroughs, trade show demos, or first-time introductions - and elevate yourself from a salesperson to a trusted partner in your customer’s boating lifestyle.
Because in the end, great showroomship doesn’t just sell boats - it creates believers.

Introducing: Kevin Rempel
Kevin Rempel is a Paralympic bronze medalist, author, and keynote speaker who knows what it takes to rebuild, refocus, and rise again. Through years of hard work and determination, he not only learned to walk again but went on to compete with Team Canada in sledge hockey at the 2014 Paralympic Winter Games in Sochi.
Today, Kevin inspires individuals and organizations to take ownership, adapt to change, and keep moving forward when times get tough. His message combines storytelling, humor, and practical insights that remind audiences that resilience is not about avoiding challenges, it is about choosing how to respond when they happen.
Kevin’s journey is a testament to perseverance, attitude, and leadership. Whether in sport, business, or life, he shows that no matter what obstacles you face, you always have a choice to keep going. Through his work with companies across Canada and beyond, Kevin continues to help people find strength in adversity and the courage to rise above their circumstances.
Opening Keynote
Every great boater knows that rough waters are inevitable. But in today’s market, where sales are down 18%, margins are shrinking, and overhead is expanding, it’s not the storm that defines success, but how you navigate it.
In this empowering keynote, Kevin Rempel shares his personal story of being paralyzed in a motocross crash where he hit rock bottom, both physically and mentally, and the lessons he learned to shift his mindset to not only get back on his feet walking again, but to “right his course” and reach the Paralympic podium.
You’ll walk away with a resilience blueprint designed for today’s boating industry, practical strategies to lead your team, adapt to market shifts, and keep your business not just afloat, but thriving. It’s time to take control of the current and steer your business toward success.
Learning Objectives
→ Understand the importance of having a growth mindset and its impact on personal and professional development

Introducing: Jordon Schoolmeester
I live in Denver, Colorado with my beautiful wife Mary and my two big ol dogs. My love for motorcycles came at an early age with dirt biking at 12 years old. My passion for motorcycles continued to grow from there, taking me on multiple 1,000-mile trips over Baja, snowmobiling the backcountry and getting my first Harley Davidson at 21. Mary, my two dogs, and I enjoy everything outdoors.
My primary focus is dealership training and running our Managers Training Academies with an emphasis on process and leadership. I enjoy getting the most out of our dealers and processes to ultimately provide the tools in maintaining relationships for life. I have been fortunate to be with Garage Composites since 2016 – continuing to teach and train, all while still learning on how to better the industry one engagement at a time.
Opening Keynote
In every business, performance starts with people - and keeping them motivated is the key to consistent success.
This keynote explores practical, real-world strategies for inspiring both individuals and teams to stay engaged, perform at their peak, and take ownership of results. Attendees will discover how to connect personal goals with organizational vision, recognize and reward the right behaviors, and build a culture where motivation comes naturally - not just from pay plans or pressure.
In turn this creates a team that wants to stay and work hard for the right reasons. This session delivers the tools to reignite energy, strengthen retention, and build a team that’s all-in, all the time.
Day 2 Breakout Session
Who wants to watch, let alone play a game, when there is no score?
Competition - when harnessed with purpose - can rally a team around a shared mission. In this engaging session, Jordon will break down why tracking the right metrics isn’t just important, it’s essential to driving team performance.
You'll explore which key indicators deserve your attention, how they influence both team success and overall business outcomes, and how to use them to energize your people.
Let's get your team motivated to win.
