The Ontario-developed Clean Marine Eco-Rating Program is an environmental program which ensures that rated marinas follow best practices to reduce and prevent water, air and land pollutions associated with recreational boating activities.  With a Diamond Elite rating, Port Whitby Marina is currently rated at the highest of five scoring levels and continues to look for ways to improve best environmental practices in cooperation with facility users and the community.
