Boat Rental Attendant

Obtaining information for securing reservations in person, telephone or email Completing rental contracts using computer program
Ensuring lessee is familiar with the boating rules and provides temporary licence if necessary.
On-water demonstrations with the boat and “circle checks” with the customer
Processing deposits, pre-authorizations and processing final payments.
Providing service manager with boat rental delivery/pick up times and dates.
Boat is cleaned and ready to go for the next boat rental.
Reports all damage to manager.
Assists peers with boat cleaning and fueling boats.
Maintain dock area and marina facility ie. emptying garbage and recycling, maintaining a clean environment around the property and inside the showroom, watering outdoor garden/flowers
Has successfully completed the course for the Pleasure Craft Operators Card (PCOC)
There is a mandatory requirement for the student to be 16 in order to refuel boats under the Technical Standards & Safety Authority Act.
Count cash and balance cash register at the end of each shift.
