Rideau Ferry Harbour is ideally situated on the Big Rideau Lake, half way between Ottawa and Kingston on the historic Rideau Canal. Our relaxed family-oriented marina is ideal for the transient and seasonal as well as for the first time boater. Whether you need Diesel, gas, boat servicing, docking, or just a rest along the way, we’d love to see you.

Our onsite amenities and close proximity to a wide variety of impressive attractions make ours the ideal recreation and vacation spot. For those wishing to make Rideau Ferry Harbour their longer term “home away from home,” our marina offers 160 docks with 30 - 50 amp shore-power and water services. Of those, 10 are transient docks for visitors. Our docks can accommodate boats up to 52 feet long with up to an 8 foot draft.

Products & Services

DOCKING Rideau Ferry Harbour features 160 seasonal slips with 30 and 50 amp shore power and water services, plus transient docks for visitors. Our sheltered bay has a range of floating docks to accommodate any sized boat from smaller runabouts and sailboats to cruisers up to 50 feet long and a draft up to 8 feet.

SERVICE DOCK - Our service dock provides both gas and Diesel as well as fresh water fill-ups and black water pump-outs with easy access on the main channel.

MECHANICS - Our qualified mechanics are on duty Monday through Friday during the boating season. They specialize in repairs and servicing of all makes of inboard and sterndrive gas and Diesel engines, as well as outboards. We use genuine Mercruiser and Volvo service parts, plus we have access to any boating part or accessory to get your ship in shape!

HAUL OUT SERVICES - Our haul out services consist of a 24 ton capacity travel lift, a 20 ton capacity hydraulic trailer that can handle boats up to 50 feet, a trailer to handle up to 40 foot pontoon-style houseboats, plus a 5 ton forklift. Emergency towing and haul out are available seven days a week.

STORE - Our waterfront store has Ice cream, pop, clothing, boating accessories and water toys.

LAUNDRY - Our coin operated laundry room is flanked by washrooms that feature private shower stalls.

WI-FI - Our free wi-fi Internet service ensures that you stay connected, and cellular reception via the major providers is also available throughout most of the area for your convenience

LAUNCH RAMP - Our launch ramp is available seven days a week and can accommodate any size boat.
