We are looking for a  full time shop manager for our busy boat repair shop open all seasons.  We have a parts desk & 3 fulltime mechanics. 

Reporting to the General  Manager you will contribute to the success of the marina by using your strong knowledge of trouble shooting, repair and service of all pleasure crafts; in-board/out-board engines including Diesel. You must have a valid driver’s license, be fully certified/licensed, speak English fluently and be able to pass background & reference checks. You must have a minimum of 3 years supervisor experience and any other qualifications such as shrink wrapping, parts ordering and customer service is a real asset.  We offer competitive salary and work all year.
