Boating Ontario Dealer members belong to a new association of established boating professionals aimed at creating the highest standards of service and professionalism in the boating industry throughout Ontario. Our members aspire to make the task of buying or selling a boat in Ontario a straightforward and positive experience for everyone.

All members of the association have agreed to abide by the Terms of Reference and the Code of Ethics of the Association as published on this site. Boating Ontario Dealer members have committed to employing at least one “Boating Ontario Certified Professional” on their staff.  To hold a “Boating Ontario Certified Professional” certificate the Dealer must have passed either a Certified Professional Yacht Broker exam or a Georgian College Marine Sales Professional Course and have at least one year of experience in the business.

All Boating Ontario Dealer members also belong to the Ontario Marine Operators Association.
