   Since 1998, Doug has specialized in the sale of recreational trailer parks, campgrounds, mobile home parks, golf courses and marinas. These types of properties require an agent with knowledge of all facets of the real estate industry as well as a thorough understanding of business structure, financing options and applicable legislation. This knowledge of business structure and financial background is important in assuring that the client receives the best advice possible.
